The Accokeek Foundation cultivates passion for the natural and cultural heritage of Piscataway Park and a commitment to stewardship and sustainability.

In keeping with National Park Standards, and the partnerships associated with the park, we created new main entry signage for the site. Piscataway Park is directly across the Potomac River from Mt. Vernon, George Washington's home.

Entry sign reflects natural forms using blue stone. Graphics reference the wood siding of historic renovations at the National Colonial Farm, also on site.
